Fill out our intake form and tell us about your trees. The form connects directly to our scheduler, so you’ll choose a day that works best for you.
We Confirm Your Spot
Once we review your request, we’ll make sure your appointment fits with our cluster booking in your area. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your spot is locked in.
Flathead Valley Clients (Polson, Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Bigfork, Somers, and nearby): The day before your estimate, we’ll text you with a more precise arrival window.
Outside the Valley: We’ll reach out directly with details to coordinate the best time.

After your estimate and approval, we’ll schedule the work. On the day of service, our crew shows up with ropes, saws, and the right plan. We work safe, efficient, and leave your property looking clean and very nice.
A bit about our process
Tree work isn’t just about showing up with a saw. At Lekka, we believe the process matters just as much as the result. Here’s what you can expect when you work with us:
1. Start with an Estimate
You’ll schedule a day that works for you through our online form. We’ll review it, confirm your spot, and then meet you on site to walk the property, look over the trees, and answer questions.
2. Clear Communication
Once the estimate is approved, we’ll send a confirmation and get you on the work calendar.
3. The Work Itself
On the scheduled day, our crew shows up prepared — ropes, saws, and the right plan in place. We work safely, efficiently, and with respect for your property and the trees.
4. Wrap-Up
We tidy up before we leave, making sure the worksite is clean and safe. Depending on your preference, debris can be stacked neatly or hauled away.
Our goal is simple: a process that feels smooth for you and a result that’s very nice for your property.
